Knife Care

Hand wash and dry your knife immediately after use. Do not place it in a dishwasher. Avoid cutting frozen food, bones, or other hard materials unless the knife is designed for that purpose.

Store the blade in a knife block, saya, blade guard, or on a suitable magnetic strip.

Complimentary First Sharpening

Eligible knives purchased from Tetsu & Oak include their first standard sharpening at no additional cost. Proof of purchase may be required.

Major chip repair, thinning, rust removal, reprofiling, and restoration work are not included.

Tackle everyday kitchen prep with these durable Stainless-Steel Kitchen Shears.

The sturdy all-metal construction provides a solid, balanced feel, while the curved blades offer controlled cutting through herbs, packaging, vegetables and other common kitchen tasks. A micro-serrated edge helps grip slippery ingredients and reduces movement while cutting.

Generously sized stainless-steel handles provide a secure grip without the seams or plastic components found on conventional kitchen scissors.

  • Durable all-metal handles

Care

Wash before first use and after handling food. Hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent, then rinse and dry immediately. Carefully clean around the pivot and serrated edge.

Do not leave the shears soaking or store them while damp. Periodically apply a small amount of food-safe oil around the pivot if movement becomes stiff.

Please note: These kitchen shears are not intended for cutting frozen food, heavy bones, wire or other hard non-food materials.
