Knife Care
Hand wash and dry your knife immediately after use. Do not place it in a dishwasher. Avoid cutting frozen food, bones, or other hard materials unless the knife is designed for that purpose.
Store the blade in a knife block, saya, blade guard, or on a suitable magnetic strip.

Directions:
Prepare the stone with water according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Place it on a stable, non-slip surface and keep the sharpening surface wet throughout use.
Sharpen each side of the knife at a consistent angle until an even burr forms, then repeat on the opposite side. Finish with alternating light strokes to reduce the burr before moving to a finer stone or leather strop.
Care:
Rinse away all sharpening residue after use and allow the stone to dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Flatten the surface periodically to maintain consistent sharpening performance. Do not place the stone in a dishwasher or expose it to extreme heat.
