Store the blade in a knife block, saya, blade guard, or on a suitable magnetic strip.
Complimentary First Sharpening
Eligible knives purchased from Tetsu & Oak include their first standard sharpening at no additional cost. Proof of purchase may be required.
Major chip repair, thinning, rust removal, reprofiling, and restoration work are not included.
A clean and versatile 180 mm Japanese santoku from Minamoto.
The Swedish Sandvik 19C27 stainless-steel blade is designed for everyday preparation and is relatively easy to maintain. Its 180 mm length provides more cutting space than a compact santoku while remaining comfortable for general kitchen work.
A black pakkawood handle gives the knife a durable, polished appearance and a comfortable grip.
